Hythe Golden Jubilee Skateboard Park

UNFORTUNATELY TEMPORARILY CLOSED

The Hythe Golden Jubilee Skateboard Park was opened in December 2002 by Hythe Town Council.

The opening times are shown on the opening page of sports and recreation activities in Things To Do.

The Park is operated and owned by Hythe Town Council and four hour sessions cost £1.00.

The Skateboard Kiosk is being managed by Simon Robinson whose team supervise the Park. Light refreshments can be obtained from the Kiosk, as well as helmets for hire (50p per session) or purchase. Repairs on skateboards, bikes etc can be undertaken by arrangement. Other equipment can be purchased through Simon.

The Park has a half-pipe, quarter pipes and flat banks, a pyramid and a grind box and it is hoped to add to the equipment shortly.

Competitions are being planned for the school holidays and details will appear on the website in the near future.
